Due to the pandemic, we are experiencing MINOR delays. We apologize for this and are currently doing all we can do to work around this. All through these times fortunately, we haven't experienced shipping delays until 1/07/2021. We'll be working hard to fix this issue but expect short shipping delays.

We are not responsible for any packages that say "delivered". Once we hand over your package to the shipping agent and it is scanned in, all responsibility is handed over to the shipping agent. If you are having issues with a package that says "delivered", it is your responsibility to reach out to the shipping agent first. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions.
Returns are ONLY accepted on damaged goods. You will have 5 days after your shipment has been delivered to reach out to us in regards to a return.
If and when your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
New supplies will be sent out once we receive the damaged goods in perfect condition (as discussed in the email).
We will NOT send the new shipment out until we receive your items.
Please allow up 24 hours to process all weekend orders. They don’t usually take that long to process, but in some circumstances, tracking will be sent out on the following Monday.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As stated previously, you only have 5 days to reach out in regards to your order.

If your package states it is delivered and you do not have it, please reach out to the shipping carrier to locate your package first!
