Q: Why is there nothing coming out of my pen when injecting? 

A: Troubleshoot*

1. Cock your pen first

2. Keep scrolling down on the nozzle a couple notches at a time. Keep repeating this process until something comes out.

3. Hold your pen back from a distance and press the button on the top to see if anything comes out.

 

Q: What is a notch?

A: .01-.02 equals one - two notches
